Roberto Di Bella. Born in Gummersbach, lives in Cologne.
Studied German and Romance studies in Aachen, Bonn, München and Rome. Graduated with a doctorate focusing on the late work from the writer Rolf Dieter Brinkmann from Cologne. Currently working on a freelance basis as a cultural mediator, moderator and lecturer for German language and literature. Since 2015 manager of the intercultural author Café fremdworte, a project from the Literaturhaus Köln.
